Pulse ATEX: impulse interface

ATEX zone

  • Gas & vapour:
    • Zone 1: immediate proximity to the sensitive area
    • Group IIC: hydrogen gases and vapours, acetylene, etc.
  • Dust:
    • Zone 21: immediate proximity to the sensitive area

Pulse ATEX: impulse interface

Make your meters communicate in ATEX ZONE

The PULSE ATEX sensor can be used to read and analyse your gas meters’ consumption data to help you save energy.

It can also be used to count the number of cycles of a piece of equipment so you can plan its maintenance.

This wireless sensor is designed for easy connection to gas meters, or any other equipment with a pulse output, requiring increased protection against the risk of explosion.

Highlights OF THE IOT SENSOR

  • Up to 2 connectable meters
  • Tamper and leak detection
  • Flow rate monitoring
  • Local and remote configuration
  • Data logging for optimal autonomy
  • Redundancy for better service continuity
  • Timestamp (LoRaWAN®)
  • Network test at startup (LoRaWAN®)
  • Available versions:
  • Exist in non ATEX version

CHARACTERISTICS OF THE IOT PULSE ATEX SENSOR

What does the connected sensor do?

monitor

  • Periodically check gas meter readings:
    • index transmission,
    • flow monitoring (min/max)

Alerte

AND/OR Trigger an alarm when:

  • when the flow rate exceeds a threshold (high/low)
  • when a leak is detected
