ATEX Gazpar connector: IoT sensor for pulse meter

ATEX Gazpar connector: IoT sensor for pulse meter

Make your gas meters in ATEX zones communicate

Thanks to its pre-wired GAZPAR connector, this IoT sensor reads the consumption data from your gas meters to help you save energy.

It consists of an ATEX PULSE IoT sensor combined with a Gazpar connector.

Highlights OF THE IOT SENSOR

  • Already pre-wired to a GAZPAR connector
  • Periodic monitoring of fraud and leakage flows
  • Alert when thresholds are exceeded
  • Local or remote configuration
  • Battery-operated product
  • Data time-stamping (in LoRaWAN®)
  • Network test at startup (in LoRaWAN®)
  • ATEX product: used in an explosive atmosphere
    • Gas & steam
      • Zone 1: immediate proximity to the sensitive area
      • Groupe IIC: hydrogen gases and vapors, acetylene …
    • Dust
      • Zone 21: immediate proximity to the sensitive area

CHARACTERISTICS OF THE IOT PULSE ATEX SENSOR

What does the connected sensor do?

monitor

  • Periodically check gas meter readings:
    • index transmission,
    • flow monitoring (min/max)

Alerte

AND/OR Trigger an alarm when:

  • when the flow rate exceeds a threshold (high/low)
  • when a leak is detected
