MAINTENANCE OF VENTILATION SYSTEMS
Supervising and anticipating easily maintenance of ventilation systems
adeunis IoT sensor: Smart Delta P
With dedicated firmware embedding mathematical aggregates
Artificial Intelligence & Edge Computing
Allows processing the data shared between the sensor and the platform
Platform
of BL Predict
Processes the data sent back through AI and creates the associated numerical models
Adeunis and CARL Software have developed a joint solution for connected maintenance management, integrating Artificial Intelligence and Edge Computing.
Directly integrated into the BL Predict, Adeunis connected devices are able to create maintenance orders without any intermediary, based on onboard analyses
Unlike traditional IoT or supervision systems, it is no longer necessary to set alert thresholds and exchange interfaces; the “Adeunis – CARL Source connected object” cooperation is transparent and automatic.
Thanks to the relevant and more precise information transmitted, the maintainer can anticipate his needs or improve his responsiveness, better target his maintenance actions, reduce intervention costs and act on the energy performance, maintenance costs and durability of the equipment..
Upstream maintenance qualification
Decrease in intervention costs
Increase in the life span of the observed equipment
Guarantee of indoor air renewal
The strengths of this IoT solution
- Adapts to any existing ventilation system (AHU,CMV)
- No configuration to be carried out on the sensor thanks to the on-board AI
- Identifies normal operating modes, automatically deduces drifts and alert thresholds
How the IoT solution works
The IoT adeunis Smart Delta P sensor, connects directly to the existing ventilation system, thanks to its 2 tubes and its current clamp.
In a first phase, the adeunis IoT connected sensors will observe and analyze a so-called “normal” operation of the ventilation system.
Once this analysis phase is completed, the solution will then be able to detect the first signs of an “abnormal” operation.
In traditional operation, following the analysis phase, the sensors will communicate to the Carl Software platform, via the IoT networks, the alerts in case of exceeding the thresholds (defined following the learning phase).
The data processed by the platform will enable building managers to adjust the operation of their ventilation systems and anticipate maintenance.
